In the lobby of Salzlände 16 are: Computer Workstation Multifunction color printing (printing, scanning, copying) The current print and copy prices: Print / Copy Black / White: € 0,04Print / Copy Color: € 0,07 The first time you create a private printer account you can do at office hours at the property management. You can then manage and charge your printer account independently! The use of the PC and Internet are free. In all shared apartments is a LAN connection, which our tenants can use for free.

Student life is not just about lectures!

For the residents of our dormitory we offer a fully equipped party room. You can use this for free for a reservation. You can offer your own drinks, taste your own food - or simply let something delicious come from a local caterer or delivery service! Top equipped gym

The dormitory offers the residents a fully equipped gym - where you can do cardiovascular as well as speed and strength training. treadmill stepper ergometer weight bench with short and barbell and much more. The gym is for all tenants in the period from: 8:00 to 21:00 accessible free of charge.

Plenty of parking at the dormitory

Your car also lives very comfortably with us!

In the underground garage are 31 parking spaces available, which you can rent with free capacity at a price of € 20, - per month. Around the home there are 29 parking spaces, which are at the free disposal of the students living with us. The garbage area is covered. Many residents take advantage of the central location of our dormitory and travel downtown with their bicycles. In the basement is the locked bike room.

Laundry and Dryer room 

There are 2 laundry rooms (one in each house), each with 2 washing machines and dryer which run with coins. The costs for one wash is € 1, - for drying € 0,50. Info about the water treatment - and the hot water in the house: The hot water treatment takes place mainly by solar systems positioned on the roofs (100 m² in total). The heating is done by means of state-of-the-art gas burning technology.

In summer, our residents like to enjoy the covered barbecue area with barbecue and beer table sets - electricity and lighting may not be missing to socialize together. You rarely find this convenience in a centrally located dormitory, but that's what student life in Leoben - and especially at the dormitory Schlägel und Eisen is all about.

Sauna & Relax area

Pure relaxation right in your dorm

Studying or working at the Montanuniverstiät Leoben can also be exhausting. The dormitory Schlägel und Eisen therefore offers its tenants a Finnish sauna as well as a relaxation area. Sauna times: Tuesday and Thursday from 14:00 to 23:00 For your brought soft drinks, a refrigerator is available. If you want, you can also watch TV in the relaxation area. The use of the sauna is free for all tenants.
